One-in-a-Thousand Society

The One-in-a-Thousand Society (OATHS) was founded in July 1992 by Ronald K. Hoeflin, Ph.D.

OATHS is an international high IQ Society, at the 99.9th percentile of intelligence, dedicated to the friendship and communication among intellectually gifted adults. OATHS belongs to the Ronald K. Hoeflin High-IQ Society. Membership requires minimum qualifying scores in a variety of tests.
